Onofray Physical Therapy offers 60- or 90-min sessions of private, one-on-one, hands-on care in YOUR home for YOUR convenience. Your sessions will include a detailed physical examination. Objective testing, including functional tests will be performed frequently to gauge your progress. You will be provided a detailed assessment of your condition and will have ample time to ask questions and learn the steps to feel better. A comprehensive plan of care will be discussed to meet your short- and long-term goals. 

Payment options, including packaged sessions can be available to meet your needs.

Payment is collected at the time of treatment. Preferred methods of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, HSA/FHA and major credit cards.
